    WTF Did I Eat Today?

    Repeat after me:

    "This week, I’m going to get honest about what I eat. I’m going to write down everything I eat and drink. (Yes, beer and chips count too.) I’ll carry it with me and write down what I eat as I go so I don’t forget stuff along the way. My goal for the week is to gather information, not to beat myself up or get overly obsessed with calories. Knowledge is power for Generation WTF: I’m getting wise to what I’m putting in my body."
