The most common concern among Generation WTF is how to break the vicious cycle of procrastination and stress. You want to achieve some balance in your life, right? You want to have fun and chill out a bit, yes? That's why Generation WTF devotes an entire chapter to the dysfunctional relationship of procrastination and stress that's holding you back from achieving your goals.

Directions: For each statement, decide whether the statement sounds a lot like you or not using the following five-point scale. Note that the 3 on the scale is neutral—meaning the statement is neither characteristic nor uncharacteristic of you. On the line to the right of each statement, select the number on the five-point scale that best describes you.
